Maternal stress can have a negative impact on the quality of life of children with special needs. Mothers with high stress tend to be authoritarian, abusive and interact negatively. High levels of stress can affect mothers' mental and physical health, so efforts need to be made to reduce these stress levels.</p> <p><strong>Objective:</strong> The purpose of this activity is to prevent and reduce stress levels in mothers of children with special needs.</p> <p><strong>Methods:</strong> This community service activity was carried out on 25 August 2023, located at SLB Negeri Ciamis, with 25 mothers who have children with special needs as respondents. Tobacco use in Indonesia aged over 15 years. It has increased again from the previous year, namely 28.96% (Alamsyah, 2017; Binita, 2016), and is still dominated by men at 7.14% Alamsyah, (21017). Smoking habits in teenagers due to misunderstanding of information, influence of advertising and influence of friends. In society, smoking is a measure of maturity level so teenage boys follow this behavior. The beginning of smoking behavior is caused by a community environment where the majority smoke and the invitation of friends to smoke (Huriyati, 2016; Izzati, 2016).</p> <p><strong>Methods:</strong> participatory training and role-play are the methods used, starting from community formation, namely optimizing the role of cadres in the smoking cessation program. The next stage is education about smoking and training for administrators and cadres to stop smoking. The final stage is a follow-up to the smoking cessation program which will be carried out independently by cadres and evaluations carried out regularly by cadres.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> Participants' knowledge about smoking was very diverse. During the activity, the participants had a high motivational interest. The enthusiasm of the counseling participants is a very good start to increasing insight. The level of knowledge of participants increased by up to 40% after the outreach activities were carried out.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Providing counseling can increase students' knowledge about quitting smoking by 40% based on the results of the pre-test and post-test. Based on the results of the ranking of community problems, there are problems regarding readiness to improve health management: knowledge of mothers who have toddlers, Ineffective health management: adolescent reproductive health, readiness to increase community coping: increased knowledge of tasks in family development stages in the community, readiness to improve community health management of couples of childbearing age.</p> <p><strong>Objective</strong>: The purpose of this service was community empowerment in Sirnabaya aims to improve health status.</p> <p><strong>Method</strong>: &nbsp;community empowertment used is the method of counseling or lectures and demonstrations or practice.</p> <p><strong>Result</strong>: The results are to train children's motor skills, and increase knowledge about adolescent health, couples of childbearing age, families, and the elderly. This is caused by a lack of nutritional intake for a long time. Indonesia is a country with multiple nutritional problems, characterized by a high prevalence of stunting and anemia in pregnant women.</p> <p><strong>Objective</strong>: The aim here is that it is hoped that stunting cases that exist, especially in the Buana Mekar Village area, can be prevented. In this way, children can grow and develop well so that an intelligent and healthy young generation is created.</p> <p><strong>Method</strong>: The community service method is carried out through counseling and discussions with female cadres at the Buana Mekar Village Hall, Ciamis Regency.</p> <p><strong>Result</strong>: Based on counseling activities, it can be concluded that 16 people (40%) of the participants were able to answer questions before the implementation of health education, before the material was delivered, there were 24 people (60%) who did not answer questions. And after the presentation was delivered, the participants' knowledge increased 100%. So it can be concluded that the participants present quite understand the material presented.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion</strong>: The conclusion of the implementation of health counseling activities regarding the handling of stunting went well in accordance with what was expected and planned. This health education is effective and has positive values for the counseling participants. Natural dyes are sometimes considered less stable and less durable than synthetic food dyes. Although there are synthetic dyes that are safe for food, there are still people who use materials that are not suitable for use in food. The use of harmful food dyes must be monitored and recognized for their existence. Harmful food dyes that are commonly found are textile dyes such as Rhodamine B or methanyl yellow. Because it is not a proper food coloring, consumption of foods containing this ingredient can cause a series of health problems for those who consume it, especially in a relatively long period of time. This education aims to allow students to distinguish foods that use natural coloring agents and artificial coloring agents. The results of this activity students can find out the characteristics of foods that use harmful dyes and know the prevention that can be done.</p> <p><strong>Objective</strong>: The purpose of this service is for SMAN 1 SUKADANA students to know the dangers of using hazardous coloring agents in food.</p> <p><strong>Method</strong>: The method used is providing education by providing material to students, tests before and after material on the Use of Harmful Coloring Substances in Food.</p> <p><strong>Result</strong>: Increased knowledge and attitudes of students are tested through pre-test and post-test. There has been an increase in knowledge in students about the dangers of using harmful dyes in food in general by 20%, so that the realization of the purpose of this service is expected to be able to distinguish food ingredients that contain harmful coloring agents in food and those that do not contain harmful coloring agents in food. Basically, knowledge and attitudes also depend on the high or low level of education of students. Therefore, the existence of this counseling can help students in adding insight into the dangers of using harmful dyes. The implementation of this activity can run well due to positive support in the implementation process, where support from various parties and there are no obstacles whatsoever.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion</strong>: The socialization activity on the use of dangerous coloring substances in food to students at SMAN 1 Sukadana received a good response from the school and also students. Women's reproductive health needs special attention, this is related to the condition of women who are more vulnerable to reproductive health problems, including women of reproductive age with a history or currently using contraceptives, maintaining the hygiene of the reproductive organs in women of reproductive age, and women of reproductive age ignorance of the problem of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs). Reproductive organ care can automatically be carried out by doing personal hygiene regularly.</p> <p><strong>Objective</strong>: The purpose of this Community Service is to increase the knowledge of women of reproductive age about Reproductive Organ Health and Personal Hygiene.</p> <p><strong>Method</strong>: The method used was education with the help of a flip sheet on Reproductive Organ Health and Personal Hygiene to 100 women of reproductive age in Kp. Sempur Ds. Neglasari Kec. Pancatengah Kab.
