Under the aforementioned condition, we are waiving in full for authors from developing countries should they need to submit papers to Nurul Ilmi Journal. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work.

However, should authors or other parties needed print/hard copies of the journal, a fee cost should be paid for the printing and binding.
